Energetic Group Healing Sessions are facilitated by Jessica Bell, D.O., Energy Healer, licensed Osteopathic Doctor, and creator of Energetic Osteopathy®. During a hands on biodynamic osteopathic treatment, the DO will synchronize with the patient before they begin the treatment. Similarly, during this energetic group healing session held on Zoom, Jess will synchronize with the group from a distance, bringing us all into the same energetic healing container.

From here Jess gets a holographic image of the healing that is needed in the collective body of the group, and leads the group in connecting in with each part that's needing healing, using

breath, attention, intention, and even your hands, if you so choose.

So all you have to do is sit, listen, connect in with your own body, and be open to receive.
